ARVIN SANAAT services group is in charge of two sections:

I) Export package A.E.P
AR Machine company is pleased to offer an A.E.P (ARVIN SANAAT Export package) for each one of our international customers, that includes:
● Training
100 hours of free training and O.J.T instruction for customer's technical install.
● Spare Part
A package of spare parts will be included free of charge with every new unit. Our package includes a ten years spare part supply scheme, maintenance, and technical services. In case of a breakdown, the other needed parts will be delivered to the customer 3 days after a written request has been received.
● Guarantee
After installing a full system, a team will run the system for more than 100 tons of product processing and we will guarantee the systems for one year.

II) Support and Services
We are delighted to offer you the best and most reliable service to keep your machinery in their best running condition. Our commitments towards our products are offered in the form of a manual and stand by services during the guarantee time.

Design Group in ARVIN SANAAT is in close contact with you custom to fully understand and fulfill your possible needs through cooperation with the R&D Sect. & Tech. Dept.
The new machinery requested by the customers can be manufactured by the design group where we have a highly skilled group of engineers with a fully equipped laboratory along with precision tools and accessories to insure the finest level of technology and reliability. We will conduct a thorough feasibility study for your requested project.
